Notice to Bidders: All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. If you are not in Texas, send your zip code so I can confirm your pricing. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale.



Deposit: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call Shaw 832-645-4501 to make arrangements for payment and to complete the paperwork needed to complete the transaction.



Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing, Money Transfers.



All sales transactions must be completed within 5 calendar days of auction close. Anyone removing the auction without the purpose of purchasing will be reported to Ebay. KKS AUTO SALES will register and title all purchases, no exceptions.
