Notice to Bidders: All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. If you are not in Texas, send your zip code so I can confirm your pricing. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale.

Deposit: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call Shaw at 832-645-4501 to make arrangements for payment and to complete the paperwork needed to complete the transaction.

Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing, Money Transfers.

All sales transactions must be completed within 5 calendar days of auction close. Anyone removing the auction without the purpose of purchasing will be reported to eBay. KKS AUTO SALES will register and title all purchases, with no exceptions.

Sales tax in Texas is based on .0625% of the selling price. When a trade is involved it is based on .0625% of the trade difference. All sales have to pay a Texas V.I.T. tax of .21070% of the sales price.

ALL buyers are responsible to pay, Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax which is (.002107) of the purchase price (i.e. $21.07 per $10,000 spent) as well as $50.00 documentary and a flat $125.00 administrative and dealer services.
